Develop your Cultural Arts skills and join Nicole Kallmeyer, Kenton County Extension Assistant for Family and Consumer Sciences for a beginner lesson in watercolors. We will be focusing on some basic watercolor techniques and participants will have the opportunity to create their own watercolor painting.
