Event Description
In this class we will learn the skill and art of cooking in traditional cast iron cookware. We will sample assorted recipes that are prepared and demonstrated during the class. At the end of the class you will have a great starter set of recipes the whole family will enjoy. You will learn how to season and care for your cast iron.
